Senior Strategy Consultant — Data, Analytics & AI

The Role
Adage is looking for experienced consultants with a management or strategy consulting background and a strong interest in data, analytics and AI. In this role, you will advise senior decision-makers at some of Sweden's largest enterprises on how to build, mature, and operationalize their data, analytics and AI capabilities in line with business strategies.
You will work across the full spectrum of strategic and operational challenges in the data, analytics and AI space — from developing strategies and roadmaps to designing data operating models and leading transformation programs through to delivery. This isn't a niche technical role. It's a strategy role in a domain that's becoming the most important strategic lever most companies have where you will interact regularly with C-level stakeholders and need to communicate with clarity and authority at all levels of an organization.
Typical engagements include:
Data and analytics strategy development and execution
Maturity assessments and capability roadmaps
Data operating model design and implementation, including governance and data management
Scoping, planning, and delivery leadership for data and analytics project and programs
Advisory and board-level communication
Your Profile
3-10 years of professional experience, with a foundation in management or strategy consulting at a recognized firm
Demonstrated experience or strong interest in the data, analytics and AI domain — whether from consulting engagements, or a subsequent role in industry
A proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and communicate effectively at CXO level
Structured problem-solving skills, strong project leadership, and the ability to bridge business and technology perspectives
University degree, ideally at master's level, in a relevant field such as engineering, economics, statistics, or computer science
Fluency in both Swedish and English
