Role:

Adage is looking for experienced management consultants who have a strong background within data and analytics. They are looking for people who can bridge the gap between business and tech and understand the impact and potential, that data and analytics can have on an organization.

As a management consultant with Adage, you will be involved in strategy work for senior decision makers, transformation of analytics capabilities and development and implementation of data and analytics solutions. As a management consultant, communication is a key skill, you must be able to communicate at a variety of levels up to and including the CXO.

You should expect to work on a variety of projects which could fall into one of the following categories:

Data and analytics strategy development and execution

• Maturity assessments
• Advisory and c-level communication
• Data operating model design and implementation (incl data management/governance)

Data and analytics project management

• Scoping, planning and execution
• Stakeholder management
• Delivery leadership for tech and analytics resources in one of our projects

Your Profile:

• University educated ideally to masters level (engineering, economics, including statistics, mathematics, computer science or similar)

• Ideally 5 – 10 years’ experience within data and analytics consulting.

• You should have worked as a consultant, ideally at a well-recognized consulting company. In addition, experience of working in line/end clients would be seen as a bonus, but you must possess the consulting toolkit.

• You will have a proven background in delivering strategy and/or implementation projects within the data and analytics space.

• Fluency in both Swedish and English
