Who are we looking for?

We are looking for exceptionally talented and service-minded people driven by the will to create value and commit to the success of our clients. We expect you to be a team player, initiative-taker, and a value-adder to our clients. You are comfortable sharing your opinion and you are excited to contribute to the unique positioning of Adage. You probably have a master’s degree in engineering and/or economics, statistics from a university in Sweden or abroad. To be successful in your role you possess:

• Strong analytical skills
• Ambition and drive
• Leadership skills e.g., embracing collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish & English

What can you expect?

You will acquire the experience and training required to quickly develop the skills needed to become a successful management consultant in the Analytics field. We offer a steep learning curve in a fast-paced and fun environment.

Though you will be working at Adage, you will build a broad and solid foundation in general management consultancy. You will work alongside other participants across the Newground Alliance, with regular opportunities to share and discuss experiences and ideas along the way.
